Yellow dried apricots from Tajikistan have a pale golden colour and are a separate variety from dark unsulphured apricots and XXL apricots.
Enjoy them straight from the pack, or add them to porridge, muesli, yoghurt, baking and desserts. This variety contains no added sugar.
Good to know
A light crystalline coating may develop on the surface of dried fruit over time. This is a natural result of the sugars in the fruit crystallising and does not mean that the product has been coated with sugar.
