This variety is distinguished by its large fruit halves, natural seeds and soft texture. It contains 90% dried passion fruit, 5% sugar, 3% passion fruit juice and 1.5% fructose.

Enjoy it straight from the pack, or use it as a pronounced fruit addition to desserts and breakfast dishes. The Thai variety with 10% passion fruit juice has a different recipe and is sold as a separate product.

Good to know

A light crystalline coating may develop on the surface over time as the sugars in the product crystallise. It is not a sugar coating.
