This is Kaukaz Bazar's most intensely flavoured dried mango variety. It contains 86.52% young mango, 10% passion fruit juice and 1% lime oil. The juice and oil give the fruit its pronounced tropical, sweet-and-tart character.
Choose this variety for a more aromatic flavour. For a simpler fruit profile, try our Vietnamese or Thai mango varieties with no added sugar.
Good to know
A light crystalline coating may develop on the surface of dried fruit over time as sugars from the fruit and fruit ingredients, such as juice, crystallise. It is not a sugar coating.
